From friction-point to validated concept, we ideate with industry experts to solve significant problems
Step 1: Ideation
Our idea-generation process starts with a context. We work with experts in their field to understand how processes work, how stakeholders collaborate together, what patterns exist, and why.
Once the context and processes are understood, we deep-dive with experts and potential users to identify relevant problems and pinpoint any underserved needs or friction points. We then research if and how they have been tackled, what solutions might already exist, and how we could contribute. That’s when solutions start taking shape.
We then validate those first ideas by engaging with prospective customers using different methods, always ensuring the importance of their feedback in shaping our strategy.
Step 2: Build
Before the ideation phase concludes, we meticulously select founders and pair them with ideas, considering factors like market fit, backgrounds, and personal preferences. We believe creation is a group effort, so we match compatible co-founders to create the best team for the job.
In the validation phase, Founders drive the venture forward, transitioning from the draft stage to developing a Minimum Marketable Product (MVP). This exciting but critical step involves validating assumptions, engaging with customers to secure market traction, and building the product to demonstrate its technical feasibility. Our hands-on approach lays a solid foundation for the startup's success.
Once the founders are prepared to launch and all checkpoints are cleared, the company is established and funded. At this point, the founders assume full control, steering the ship as the adventure continues.
